Mt Vernon Home Inspections

If you are selling your home though, consider having a pre-listing home inspection. A home inspection generally takes place when both parties are already vested in a transaction. But this has always made me concerned. Why wait until that point to look for issues? Consider having your home inspected before it goes on the market. This way you can catch many of those issues beforehand.
